Shoji is a BD & Research at Tané.
He wrote a paper on the monetary system theory of cryptocurrency for his graduation from Kyoto University. Then, after experiencing huge growth in the HR business as part of Bizreach, he participated in the blockchain research and acceleration program of the University of Tokyo.
In the crypto space, he's been taking leads in several layers of crypto projects; DeFis, Layer2 scaling and middleware, including Napier Finance.
